Position Summary:
This position is the General Administrator to the General & Administrative Department. The primary responsibility is the arrangement, coordination, and organization of events and activities for an extremely busy department. This includes, but is not limited to: coordinating travel, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, greeting guests, answering telephone calls, and special assignments, as needed. This position follows up on various tasks and assignments to ensure that team commitments are met. Occasionally this position will provide limited back up for other executive assistants during vacations and sick time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Travel Coordination: Arrange and coordinate travel for Executive Staff and Company employees.
- Schedule Management and Coordination: Arrange, coordinate, and organize meetings, schedules, events, and activities for the General & Administrative Department. Synchronize calendars with other Administrative Assistants.
- Data Reporting: financial and other data worksheets, presentations, and other documents.
- General Office Operations: Purchase supplies, photocopy documents, and miscellaneous activities
Position Qualifications:
- least 2 years Administrative Assistant or Receptionist Experience
- Must be technology literate and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of online and/or new media businesses is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and operate all corporate information technology (IT) and communication systems
- Define business and systems requirements for new corporate technology implementations

- Expertise supporting both Windows (XP, Vista) and Mac OS desktop hardware and Microsoft Office applications
- Firewall and security expertise
- Backup and disaster recovery expertise

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform testing on web based applications, browser plugins, APIs, and backend systems
- Perform exploratory, functional, system, performance and reliability testing
- Develop test specifications for all products
- Will interpret functional requirements and design documents to develop, maintain, and execute test cases
- Analyze and report on test case results
- Participate in design reviews with business systems analysts and software engineers
- Engage with members of the development team to determine how to make products more testable

Technical Support Representative

Duties:
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and assist customers as necessary in order to resolve their technical issues
- Monitor streaming live events and follow escalation path to troubleshoot problems with broadcast
- Identify trends in system bugs and escalate through the appropriate channels
- Communicate solutions and trends to support team representatives
- Communicate all questions, concerns and kudos to the team lead or manager as needed
Job Requirements:
- College progress towards technical degree (CS, IT, Media, etc.), Bachelors degree desired
- 1-3 years of experience providing end user customer service and high tech support
